Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Mobile Appointment Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your total service balance.
Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours' notice may have their deposit transferred one time to a future appointment scheduled within 30 days.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours' notice.
Additional reschedules or late reschedules will require a new deposit.
No-Shows:
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment or are unavailable for a scheduled mobile appointment without communication will be considered a no-show.
No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments.
